So hope everyone is doing great here. So much has hapened in the last month. I ended my relationship with my partner of 5 years mid October. I have begun dating no one special just hanging out getting to know people. The attention from men since weight loss is weird and annoying in some respects. I am a little freaked out by the thought of intimacy with someone new due to the loose hanging skin, but have been told frequently to get over it.

It is alot of fun in some ways and annoys me in others because these guys wouldn't have even noticed me at 265lbs yet now I catch them checking me out.

I run The O.W.L.S. (Ottawa Weight Loss Surgery) Closet. We are a local clothing exchange and social group stemmed off of a couple of the local support boards on Facebook and also OH members for those having had or going to have WLS. We meet monthly for a large clothing exchange and potluck in the East end of Ottawa.
