Hi everyone..

I haven't been on in forever, but I know how much I love looking at everyone's before and after and progress pics. I've been a bit slack lately, and have a vacation next week, but plan on getting back on track starting today anyway! lol

Here are my latest string of before/durings... :)

Sooooo happy I had this surgery. It changed my life so much and I'm grateful everyday for my health, the changes it has brought and the good people I have met throughout this process!!!

Congrats!! Great job!

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!
