What are you doing eating today

No, i'm all about getting the protein. LOL I have plain goat yogurt (27 grams of protein for 3/4 cup), and I mix it with NSA pudding. I love it. Everyone here at work looks at me like i'm nuts. It turns into a beigey-yellow creamy substance. I guess people don't think that's appetizing!!

It still just amaze me how everyone is different with what they can tolerate. Maybe I will try adding that flavoured yogurt to my goat yogurt, instead of pudding. I'm skeptical though, because the pudding is thicker, and the goat yogurt is very runny. hmmm

I was never a yogurt fan before but I tired the iogo and I like it a lot. Greek yogurt is too thick for my liking but maybe a small amount of plain greek yogurt with a couple spoons of the iogo for flavor and to thin it out a bit would help and up the protein.

I agree with how amazing it is that everyone differs in what they can tolerate or how your likes and dilikes change after surgery and I am also amazed at how one week my pouch can tolerate something and weeks later it can't.

That's for sure! I used to be able to tolerate sugar a whole lot more when I was first out. But that was because I was only able to get in small amounts too. After a year, I could get in a lot more. Nothing has really changed in the past 6 months, as far as being able to get more food in goes. I hope that stays the same!!
