I am biking home so getting mt first 10k of the week. Only need 15 more. Hope the weather holds out.
Back to work.

d. some form of turkey, husband cooking
s. cheese and crackers, grapes

5 1/2 weeks out.

B - Pumpkin Spice Shake (eggface)
S - Laughing Cow on a Melba
L - TUrkey slice rollup with provolone and a pickle slice
S - Premier shake
D - Salmon and a veggie
S - Greek yogurt w'Torani

Going to attempt to walk to our local community centre tonite for skating.  This will be my first big walk but as my reward for doing so well thus far I am getting an IPOD.  So I better use it :)

S - 1 Sorrento Reduced fat 100% Natural string cheese
L - 1 Turkey roll-up + 1/4 c. Edamame beans
D - 2oz cooked Chicken breast w/1 Tb Walden Farms BBQ sauce + 30g Cauliflower
      + 1 Tb flaxseed
S - 7 Walnut halves

TOTALS:    622 CAL;    22G CARB;    27G FAT;    75G PROT;    12G FIBER

Ran 10k without stopping to walk yesterday!!! I've never done that!!! Can't believe I can. Very sore today, so spinning class will help me there.

I am living off very little sleep, as both kids were up during the night. boo!

B: Protein coffee, piece of turkey.
S: cheese and crackers
l: turkey leftovers - yum
S: banana
D: turkey soup

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!

4 months out
B: 3/4 Kashi protien cereal w/ 3/4 c milk
s. cheese string & 1 deli slice roast beef
L.homemade Indian Lentil soup (1cup)
s greek yogurt-key lime, my new favorite!!
D homemade meat spahgetti sauce, and about 1/4 cup pasta
s, don't know yet, depends if i'm hungry

how much of the key lime can you have? I can't tolerate the sugar in the flavoured greek yogurt.

the scary thing is sugar does'nt seam to bother me, although i have never pushed the limits :( it's fat that does, and breads.  So i do my best to only get natural sugars.  I keep my sugar servings to under 10 gams usually, the yogurt is 11 but i have no problems with it.

have you tired the key lime pie iogo, its not greek but it is very good.
