Going to attempt to walk to our local community centre tonite for skating. This will be my first big walk but as my reward for doing so well thus far I am getting an IPOD. So I better use it :)

L - 1 Turkey roll-up + 1/4 c. Edamame beans
D - 2oz cooked Chicken breast w/1 Tb Walden Farms BBQ sauce + 30g Cauliflower
+ 1 Tb flaxseed
S - 7 Walnut halves
TOTALS: 622 CAL; 22G CARB; 27G FAT; 75G PROT; 12G FIBER

have you tired the key lime pie iogo, its not greek but it is very good.
