Are there any groups in the west end, I'm from Lanark and a shift worker *****ally, really, really needs a support group and a friend. Three years post op, 4 months post TT look like s***t possible redo in 8 months and tired of "normal" people saying you look fine. I want and need someone who understands. Struggling +++ which = depression +++
I only have access to a computer once in a while so my communication to OH is sparotic.

There is a group of folks that meet in the West End of Ottawa once a month. However, I am not familiar with their information. It is specifically for those folks that are more than 18 months post-surgery and their specific needs.
They usually post a reminder before the meeting.
