Congratulations on your weight loss & your 7th anniversary. Thank you for sharing your experiences. I like to hear the good & the not so good in peoples' journeys. It feels more realistic, since the journey cannot always be "sunshine & roses". It helps to prepare us for what might come.

LOL, I didn't even realize last week that Aug was so close LOL. Chantelle and I were talking about surgery dates and it never even dawned on me :)

Highest 312 lbs - Pre Op 297lbs - now 199 lbs
I know now that my location was never my destination.
