My One Year Surgiversary!

 Hello Everyone,

Well I'm not on the boards as much the last couple of months because Lacrosse season has started and I'm crazy busy!

Well on May 24th/2011 I had my surgery and it was the best decision I have ever made!
Life has changed in so many ways I don't know where to begin.

Starting Weight: 255   Size 22    5ft 2in
1 Year:                 147   Size 8

There is all the physical:  No high blood pressure, no sleep apnea, no skin rashes, no aches and pains (still some in hip), I can run, I have energy, I am generally happier.
I have not had any issues at all with the surgery.  Only the ones that I make mistakes on!
I have been on a plane twice and doing up that seat belt makes me cry every time!
Riding all the rides at Disney was fantastic.
Cloths, well should I say more lol.  So nice to be able to go in my closet and pick anything and it fits.

There have not been many negitives for me.  Just vanity in some areas.  My hair falling out was huge, and the hanging skin (mine's not too bad really).

For everyone waiting, the wait is worth it.  Take that time to know what your doing and getting into.  It has been an amazing experience but there are ups and downs like anything.  But the more your educated and follow the rules you will do fine.  If it wasn't for this board I don't know if I would of had the knowledge and understanding of what I was getting into.
Best wishes to everyone.
