With lemon or lime would make a nice citrusy treat!  I'm gonna try this.

Had RNY surgery July 22/11, St. Joe's Hamilton, with the awesome Dr. Scott Gmora.  Had abdominoplasty August 2/13, Scarborough, with equally awesome Dr. Michael Kreidstein.

Heidi...sounds really good...my mind went to smashed or pureed fruit as well to add to the greek yogurt...with fresh strawberries coming soon...and peaches...Thanks...Patti K.

I can't do greek yogurt on its own but love it mixed with different flavours of source yogurt and some fruit.  Not long after my surgery last fall I made these with the three ingredients and froze them and they turned out great.  I think I got the suggestion from somewhere on here so OH is actually ahead of Dr Oz. LOL

I add sugar free pudding to my greek yogurt and have frozen it before.  It is hard but quite creamy.  I might try this with crystal lite too. I have orange syrup and will make this in the next month and report on how it turns out.  As my greek yogurt gets closer to its due date I freeze it. Since I buy two at a time at Costco this works for me and saves money.
