I can't do greek yogurt on its own but love it mixed with different flavours of source yogurt and some fruit. Not long after my surgery last fall I made these with the three ingredients and froze them and they turned out great. I think I got the suggestion from somewhere on here so OH is actually ahead of Dr Oz. LOL
I add sugar free pudding to my greek yogurt and have frozen it before. It is hard but quite creamy. I might try this with crystal lite too. I have orange syrup and will make this in the next month and report on how it turns out. As my greek yogurt gets closer to its due date I freeze it. Since I buy two at a time at Costco this works for me and saves money.
