Congrats on the Century Club!
I am kind of having a bit of a mini-crisis related to my weight loss. I am not sure what the heck is going on but I am dropping significant numbers every week - I'm not complaining but I hope that it is safe weight loss! I keep telling myself that a stall is right around the corner. I think this week I amped up my walking and that contributed to the weight loss success this week.
SW - 368
LW - 284.5
TW - 276.9
Total Lost this week = 7.6 pounds
This is what the past weeks of weight loss have looked like in reverse order....
7.6 pounds
5.9 pounds
4.6 pounds
4.3 pounds
5.9 pounds
4.5 pounds
I fired off an email to the dietician just out of curiosity...but holy geebus! That's some significant weight loss right there!

PJB, what does your food intake look like? It sure seems like a lot of weight loss to me (but I've been a slow loser and was under 300 to start, so maybe my perception is off...?). I hope you hear back from the NUT soon.

0.5 away from my dream weight. Not achieved the way I had hoped (due to being sick and unable to eat) but I'll take it anyways!

I did start walking a ton this week....getting off two subway stations before my work to get in some exercise every day....and also stopped taking escalators.
Maybe that's the culprit!?
