Are you flying Porter? If so you will be right down town. You can do this. This is something you really want right. In a blink of an eye you'll be back home in no time. Stay strong take deep breaths. Bring a good book to keep you busy at the airport & on the flight. Have you already been at TWH? Why was your SW a bad appointment?

Yes, I'm flying Porter. This is my last appointment before I get the surgeon appointment. I know where to go and what to do it's just the doing it alone part lol. Yep keep telling myself to breath lol. I'm bringing my tablet like I usually do. Don't leave home without it. Vi, if you go to my blog I explain my SW appointment. Thanks for youu feed back and YES I can do this. Ed is just a phone call away and OH is just a link away lol

Heidi that's too bad with the SW but I think I have a Lynn with telehealth in May, yikes lol! Did you just have to your local hospital for that appointment? Will will do a great job on your own and Everyone but mostly yourself will be really proud of you. Sending you positive vibes!

I flew to Toronto with my hubby and we made a weekend out of it when I had the SW appointment. Just don't let Lynn's negativity get to you like I did. Stay firm. She likes to twist around what you say. In University my minor was psych so I know it's a game they play but still it gets the better of you. Thanks for the good vibes and I send them right back at you.

Awww my heart breaks for you. I have suffered from panic and anxiety attacks for more than 20 years. Try to remember you are not alone....all of us are here cheering you on and are only a message away. If you have any problems at all....I can be in Toronto in an hour. Stay strong...I know you can do this!!!!

Are you flying Porter? It is a really nice airport. The hospital is not far. There are information booths at each enterance and they can direct you. Take a deep breath you are almost there!
You have made it this far you can do it! Not sure what happened at your SW appointment. At my psych they just reviewed my history. Had problems with depression for about 7 years. Asked about what/how I treated it. Follow ups support etc...

I think we are our on worst enemy at times. Just think your waiting is just about over.

Thank you so much Leslie. I love the lounge at Porter and they are all so friendly and helpful. I suffer from the anxiety/panic attacks and depression for about 7 years as well and have PTSD. You psych appointment should exactly what was addressed in the SW appointment.
Seeing the end is what's keeping me strong and knowing I can do this step by myself. Thanks for the encouragement
