I just wanted to add, I am not doing the pouch test to see if my pouch still works (I said this in my post the other day http://www.obesityhelp.com/forums/on/4495097/Journey-5DPT-Plan-amp-maybe-TMI-here-and-there-long-ish/#37199927 ). I am doing it because I need to try new foods which most come from the 5DPT site and a recipe book I have (by Kaye Bailey) and to lose just a few pounds.
I am not going by "rules". I have my meals planned out for the 5 days already and just needs to prepare some of them. I generally plan my foods for the day and if I'm hungry, I eat from my planning. It's ot very often that I add foods to my day of eating.
