I have this one too and thought it was very informative.  I took it in for the nut in Guelph to see it as well as a few others as she had asked to see them.  She did not like them at all especially this one as she thought the recipes were way too fattening and used ingredients they would never recommend she said.  I thought the recipes looked ok and I think the calorie counts were for regular size portions not our size portions.

 I thought too about the recipes but you can convert them into ones to suit us. They give a good idea. I like the rest of the book though.
