I just bought this ebook from Kobo and it's awesome. It's for everyone from those just thing about WLS to the Vets. It's not just recipes but a little of everything. It covers when to seek emergency help, meds, food, exercise everything. It's well worth the $11 that it's on sale for.
Just thought I would let people know.

Oh It is Diana. There is so much in it that I can't put it all into words on here. lol. I think the centers should be recommending it. I'm on the section now talking about issues that can arise years later with the RYN. It covers so much more then the centers do. It's writen by a nurse that was with the WLS area. Very, very informative.

Hope you will enjoy it and get as much out of it as I have so far.

Happy I could remind you, you had it. I'm get so, so much out of it. SO much more then I have with the meetings I've had at TWH so far.

Heidi just got it for my Kobo. Looks great. Thanks for suggesting it. Will be having surgery in a week. Don't know I'll read much then but it will be right beside me during my hospital stay. Cheers.
