Family sues Ottawa Hospital after woman, 37, dies following gastric bypass surgery

I know of this death I was told about it at the hospital and the story I was told was after being discharged the woman went to her home/hotel and did not follow post op instructions the result was death by blood clot.That has nothing to do with the surgeons or staff at Barix
