40 lbs in 5 weeks is not a slow loss at any means! You are doing wonderfully, it's also great that you recognize a stall for what it is and keep truckin' through it. Keep posting your w0ws : )

You are right I sat back and thought about it and it is pretty fast, normal weight loss is 1 to 2 lbs a week (10 lbs a month) wow:).
