Frustrated!!
Hi Everyone,
I am very frustrated right now. I have been gaining and losing the same 1 pound for over 4 weeks now. Is this normal? i know i only have about 20-25 more pounds left to go but this is insane. I onlly weigh myself once a week and never more then that, so i am always hoping that the damn scale will go down, but it doesnt. I know i have lost 99 so far, but it feels like i am failing myself.
Any thoughts???

Congratulations on your success to date! 99 lbs is pretty awesome and you should be proud of your accomplishment.
It definitely gets tougher as you get closer to goal. All I can suggest is that if you aren't tracking your calories and protein that you go that for a week or so, if you do track take a look at the last week and see if maybe you are having too many carbs or not enough protein. Try changing up your exercise a little bit to see if you can't kick start the weight loss again.
I seem to lose 2 or 3 lbs then nothing for a couple of weeks and then lose a couple more. It is frustrating but I console myself with the fact that I'm doing everything right and as long as I stick with the program I will eventually lose the weight.
Keep you eye on the prize and keep the faith. I wish you continued success on your journey.
