Northern Ontario Travel Grant Question

Travel grants can be initiated by either end so TWH can fill out their part and then have your doc fill out her part after you get home.  My mom has to go to Toronto 3 times a month for medical reasons and a few times she forgot to get hers signed by the GP so the oncologist signed it first then she brought it home with her to get it signed after.
