Congrat's on the date!! That's the same hospital and doctor I am having just the week before!! I did meet him and he is very nice.
As for the optifast you are lucky only 3 wks, I have to do 6 wks but I find the colder the better. I make it with ice. Choc is a little better then vanilla!! Good luck!!
