Wow Kelly you look amazing!! You are an inspiration to the rest of us just starting this journey.My surgery is Monday. I can't wait to see where I am 5 1/2 months from now as I am leaving on a cruise Feb 13 for my 25th anniversary. Keep up the great work

Thanks! I followed the plan via my dietician. Protein first always!! i have had a few slip ups, and one dump, but otherwise i'm doing pretty well! :-)
