Kelly had to return to hospital late Saturday afternoon. She was having a lot of pain that the meds she was sent home with just weren't helping (ie a 7-8 on the pain scale) and her temp was fluctuating. They kept her and she is now back on the Trauma Unit with a mild infection.

The surgeon has been in and they have given her antibiotics and changed the Tylenol and she looks better and the smile is back:) She will hopefully be home today. She will fill you in I am sure.

So sorry to hear that things took a step backward. Sending positive thoughts.

Had RNY surgery July 22/11, St. Joe's Hamilton, with the awesome Dr. Scott Gmora. Had abdominoplasty August 2/13, Scarborough, with equally awesome Dr. Michael Kreidstein.

So sorry to hear that Kelly had to be readmitted. I hope that they have the problem under control now and she is on the road to a smoother recovery. She has certainly had a rough ride so far. I'm sending healing vibes and hugs her way.
