A HUGE congratulations Cathy. What an awesome achievement. And as the last poster said, posts like these are a major incentive for others beginning this journey. You desribed me to a tee in your post...I am above 400 BMI in the 70s, and I come here almost daily looking at the before/after gallery and praying that someday it will be me but not ever believing it. This post helps me to know that I CAN believe it.
