Someone in my support group asked for some recipes so I made a list of sites and thought I'd share them with you.  There's some amazing ones on here (just print them out or bookmark them for your reference!).   Thought I'd share them with everyone here as people were talking about recipes and cookbooks.

Thanks for posting those sites here, Dawn. I saved them when you posted them on the support group site & I'm still trying to work my way through them. There are some really good recipes on these sites. I especially like the crock-pot ones - yummy & easy (my kind of cooking).

Hey Smiley lady

I like the crockpot stuff too!! Or casseroles! Although this summer, I learned how to barbecue! As you can imagine I'm a very novice cook! LOL!  I've learn to get over all my food phobias (I was afraid to cook meat for a long time! hee) but I still don't know yet how to cook an egg. LOL

Thanks for posting these Dawn.  I have already watched some of the "pouch friendly" videos on youtube.  I am looking forward to making the pizza soup once I get to the point where I can eat it.

I'd like to add our ON recipes forum, with recipes from our very own members. :)

P.S.  I clicked on this link : http://www.obesityhelp.com/forums/recipe/  and it appears to be dead.

 Hi Dawn

I know this is coming late, but the link to my Protein Recipe Book has changed. Here's the new link.
http://www.pamtremble.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/08/Protein _Book_updated_10_09.pdf

The link on my original blog post has been fixed too. Here's the original info about what this book is all about: http://pamtremble.blogspot.com/2008/09/my-protein-book.html

Thanks for the shout out!
Pam
