Kelly's Question of the Week - multivitamins
Which multivitamin do you take (non-chewable)? Is there one that is easier on the stomach, or that you don't have to take with food? Does that exist?
As much as I am in a routine with taking my vitamins, and I have a "take you meds" notification on my phone, I sometimes find that I don't have the time to eat, so I can take the pill. Any advice?

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!

I was surprised that the Women's One-a Day was much smaller than the others. I add alot of other things, so I'm not sure they're so complete.

I take pregvit.
Vit D chewable...'cause they come in chocolate
Vit C in blueberry which makes me want ot puke every time I take it.......every day!
All tests have been good and no probs with food.
