DAY 8 OF OPTIFAST AND SURVIVING

 Hey  Char...Im also on day 8...the crazy thing is that today when i stepped on the scale Im also 11 pounds down now lol...but I love the chocolate compared to the vanilla..and I thank god I only bought one box of it LOL...only 9 more days till my surgery at St joes hamilton!!

 Wow, how strange is that.  Same day same pounds.  Not sure how much more but am happy with whatever happens.

I don't mind the chocolate plain.

Good luck to all of you starting or just started!!! You will all do great and will be on the bench before you know it!!!

This is day 6 for me and my migraine has finally settled down to a dull roar.. I feel normal.. well as normal as I can get lol .. I too have lost weight I have lost about 8 or so pounds even that is huge for me as I sat at the same weight for over 17 years. Looking forward to loosing much much more.. good luck to all with your surgeries

 Thank goodness the migraine is settling down.  I have had headaches but not too bad.  I am very tiered though.  Want to actually take naps, and I never do that.

Tomorrow is my 1st day...

 I'm soooooo proud of you hun, Its taken a little longer than you thought but your time is almost here !!
I'm sooo freaking excited for you and the next week is the beginning to your healthier body and life, just think before you know you'll have lost Carter....lol

Good for you Char! Glad to see you've got a sense of humour still - we all know that's something we need on this journey, right? That's really great that you've already lost 11 lbs - whoo-hoo! Just keeping thinking of what's next after the Optifast - it'll be your turn to shine!
