DAY 8 OF OPTIFAST AND SURVIVING

 Hi All,

Well I have made it to day 8 and survived.  
Thank goodness for all the knowledge I received on this site and my pal Jyle.

Day 1 and 2 were fine then 3 through 6 were harder.  
I prefer the vanilla over the chocolate.  I use lots of water, ice, and berry flavoured crystal lite and it tastes sort of like a strawberry drink.

I purchased a large plastic cup with a lid and straw and that has been a life saver and so has the magic bullet.  

I'm down 11 pounds from the day I started optifast.  I'm sure that will slow down but am happy with that.
Good Luck to all of you about to start or waiting to start.  I havn't found it that bad.  Except when I could have eaten a small child, but I didn't lol.

Thank goodness you didn't eat a small child!!!! That's great to hear about your Opti experience. I'm on day 2 and surprisingly...not too bad! I'm dealing with it and getting some walks in. It's great. Oh and I love the whole experimenting with the Opti. I have chocolate opti and i put in a raspberry ice crystal light and it's great! And with vanilla, i put in the orange,strawberry,banana one....so delish!!!

 Sounds good, I might try some of the orange strawberry I havn't done that one.
