Vitex?!?

Hi Everyone,
I know I probably should have posted this question in the P.C.O.S board but I never seem to get a response on that board and I would like to get some input from people on "our" board. So.. I have P.C.O.S and I do not get my period unless I'm on the pill. I have been doing a lot of research on "VITEX" and its benefits and I am very interested. It is a natural supplement that can help regulate periods, increase ovulation, help with PMS, etc. But I wanted to know if anyone here has tried it, also if we are able to take it post-op (if my periods dont regulate on their own after surgey of course..lol). I know that we cant/ shouldnt concieve for 18-24 months post op (my fiance and I are and always have been very safe). I'm not looking to take it to concieve but I would like to try and get myself good and regular so that when the time does come around to start a family I will be in a better position..
