Awww, that's too bad you wear the men's trunks, Karen.  I know how you feel, but I still let'r all hang out.  It bothers me that I know others are talking and gawking, but WTH........it won't be forever :)

Bottom line, we should really say to heck what others think and say, but it's not that easy, eh?

Good luck with your surgery. As others have said the recovery time and chance of infection is high with a thigh lift but you have read up on the surgery and seem well educated.

I went to Dr. Silverman but was very turned off by the fact he won't even see you unless your BMI is normal. That, along with the location of his office (busy street, paid parking) was a turn off for me.
