OMG Headaches!?!?

I to had headaches for the first few days of Optifast.  First thing in the a.m.
As soon as I had my Optifast for breakfast my headache eased off.  

Hope you are doing ok.  It does get easier after day 4 or 5.  This is my second week and it's a breeze.
