I get to start my optifast on Monday which means my surgery is only 2 weeks away!! I am sooo excited yet nervous at the sametime..but...I know this is all gonna be so worth it in the end!!

good for you, excited and nervous is natural...I was so nervous the last week and excited at the same time....you will have mixed emotions for now on, but all will be good in the end results..

I wish you the best of luck. I am almost done my first week onOptifast. My surgery is booked for Apri. 4th. Optifast is tough but I know it will be worth in the end. Good luck!
