I'm addicted...

To edamame!!! I LOVE them! I bought the box from costco that has the individual steamer packages.  Sprinkle on some sea salt and I have a 12gram protein snack!  Even my kids were all over them yesterday!  Why oh why I have not tried these before?! lol   If you haven't, give them a try you may be surprised like I was!

I LOVE them too- it was quite a surprise for me.  But I can't seem to find them at the Costco in Kingston. 

Keep trying at costco....it'**** and miss when they have them. I've been looking for a while now.  Guess it was a good day to go there, they also had the plain greek yogurt on the same day! lol

In Ottawa they are in the frozen vegetable section - they have snack bowls of them

I buy the roasted, salted ones at the Bulk Barn, crunchy and filling for such a small amt.  - quick snack to keep in my purse or work desk.  

I bought some of the roasted ones, but found them way too dry.  I'm only 7 weeks out so maybe I'll try again in a few weeks with those.

These are soybeans, right?  What section would I even look for them in Costco? Are they near the rice?

Love, love, love edamame.  Sure wish we had a Costco in Thunder Bay.  Superstore whines to council every time Costco tries to move in.
