I followed your story and your example when I first started "lurking" on this site, researching surgery and trying to make my decision, and then post surgery. I'm so glad you are posting again.

Hi Michael! I know the feeling, I have gotten so busy that I don't remember how to change my signature any longer, LOL. Hang in there and keep getting your inspiration from all the wonderful people of OH.
I have been stuck since last October, not losing an ounce, so maybe I need to interact more with my support system on OH and spend less time stressing :)

Topic: Celebrating
Just celebrating a little bit this morning and wanted to share. Weighed this morning and I'm down 120# and 50 inches,,,and my BMI is down from 48 to 29. I'm officially OVERWEIGHT.....no longer obese. My surgi-versary is coming up in Sept. Planning to hit 125# gone by 9-9-10. Man I love this tool.
