What part of town are you looking for a gym? All American Fitness is where I belong and the one in Broken Arrow is open 24 hours except on weekends. There's another one in Tulsa. There are a few Gold's gyms in town too. So many come and then go out of business but these two have been around for awhile. All American has a some good rate specials too. Welcome to Tulsa.

Just popping in to update. i have been to the seminar and i have turned in my five years of medical records and six months diet........ now i am waiting for my first consultation. I now know that Dr. Fisher asks for more than the insurance does. but thats alright at least i will have a good evaluation. each step closer just feels like such a big deal. lol. i have been in a wonderful mood all day since Dr. Fishers nurse called and let me know they had enough medical counting what i mailed in today. I just barely had the five years because befor i didnt have insurance therefor didnt go to the doctor. but appearently i had just enough. Thank you Father God.

I was both excited and scared before my surgery! From talking to other patients, it seems most of us waiver between those two and everything in between.

Jodi, I had Dr. Keith for both an Umbilical Hernia repair and the RNY and he has been great.  He is very upfront though which is what I wanted in a doctor and will tell you like it is.  I would definately go back to him and highly recommend him.
