You look absolutely amazing! Have you had any plastics? By the way I love the blonde hair on you, very becoming. You are definitely an encouragement to me in this WL journey. Thanks for posting.

My wife and I are going to be able to attend. I am having my 3 year check-up with Dr. Walton and she is having her 6 month check-up wth Dr. B. that day so we would be able to be there since we live 200 miles away. See you there.

Topic: Hello everyone new and old.....
Its been a long time since I have been able to check in anywhere but facebook since my phone doesnt like OH for some reason LOL! Its been a crazy two year ride since my surgery but I am so happy with life and the way I feel anymore that I can say I would do it again in a heartbeat I think back on all the wasted years I spent dragging my fat around and if I could go back and change any one thing in my life it would be to do this surgery years before I did. Last month was my two year mark and I am awhole new person. I stay in the weight range of 180-185 and am content here since my body seems to have decided this is where it wants to stay. For some it still sounds heavy but coming from my starting weight of 407lbs I feel like a feather weight. haha. So I guess that puts me at my low end down 227pounds. I have added a couple recent shots to my album if you want to take a peek. its been so long I have forgotten how to add them to the message. Well take care and have a great weekend everyone!

I haven't had a great day either. I'm still just 22 days out, but I can usually tolerate lean proteins and cheeses. I've had trouble getting my water in lately, so since my nutritionist always says if I have to choose between water and food to choose water, I skipped breakfast. BIG MISTAKE! I felt so sick by lunch that I could only eat a tiny bit of shredded ham and cheese. Maybe about 1 oz or so.
Tonight is my husband's Christmas party, and I'm pretty nervous. I'm going to have a little bit of chicken or steak, and depending on the veggies I may try some. Other than that, I'm sticking to water!
