Topic: RE: 360 Body Lift and Disappointment in WW
I am so sorry you had a bsad experience at Summit. I had my tummy tuck there almost 2 weeks ago and my care was excellent. Hoepfully that was an exception to their level of care.
You are so right, the pain has been much less than I anticipated. It is so worth the pain, cost, and inconvience! Now, once the swelling goes down I will have to figure out how to dress my new body.

Wow!!!!! What an unfortunate experience, I'm so sorry I can only imagine how uncomfortable you were. Hopefully, someone there reads and pays attention to your post, and we'll hope this nurse was from a temp service and not one of their usual employees.
Hope you are doing better today :)

Topic: 360 Body Lift and Disappointment in WW
So I am finally home today after the most horrible experience at weight wise. The 360 body lift was excruciating but not nearly as bad as the arms and boobs last year. I have never received such bad care as that which I recieved last night. I only asked for assistance twice but it seems that it took over an hour to get pain medicine! When Dr. Sawan came in this morning to see me I had already fixed my own drains twice and thought I was going to die. Thank God for my mother who helped me out of the bed and to the bathroom. It was ridiculous as I was ready to go when Sawan came in this morning and said I could go home. When I asked the very uneducated nurse when I could leave she said "well I've been here all night and you'll just have to wait because I'm trying to leave." what the heck?! I was about to die of pain and she couldn't even tell me when I was going to leave. I am so disappointed in Summit. On a brighter note the pain isn't as bad as I anticipated and while I still need help I am doing ok. I just keep reminding myself that this is all worth it!

Yes, you can use all of their support systems even if you had surgery elsewhere. I know because I inquired back when I was trying to decide where to have surgery. Dr. Walton assured me that I could take part in all of the support options even if I decided to have my surgery in Arkansas. Fortunately, I decided on Dr. Walton and had a sleeve on December 1st. So, come on and take part in Weightwise!
