Hang in there Heavy! I know exactly how you feel. Those 2 weeks are rough. Toward the end I was getting PF Changs egg drop soup and straining the heck out of that and drinking it. It was like heaven. I couldn't have survived without it. I also got the double noodle chicken soup from campbells in the bag and strained it too. Another thing that saved me was sugar free snow cones once we FINALLY SEE SPRING! If it will warm up and the snow cone stands get open, try that. The ice feels good on the swollen insides and the flavor makes you feel normal.

Kim, you are doing so great! You look awesome girl! I am addicted to the way the exercise makes me feel (usually afterwards lol). At first I could only do 5 minutes on the eliptical and now I do 35 every morning and could do more but I use the other 30 min to do strength training. I started out jogging for 20 seconds at a time and then worked up to jogging 1 minute for every 5 minutes of walking I did. It took several months to get to where I could run 3 miles without stopping. And of course, I run super slow. 14 minute miles is nothing to be excited about...unless you were once 350 and couldn't run at all. ;)

It has been a long time since we last spoke. I can't believe how far you've come. I remember your struggle to get under 200 lbs. Now look at you, you are doing so well. I finally started working out literally this week and it feels good. I'm pretty sore in a few places but overall I'm glad I started (finally) and can't wait until I can build up more endurance.
My goal is to start jogging but I'm taking baby steps for now. I can walk the track at the YMCA for a mile and I did the eliptical for about 20 minutes. That's all I have done so far.
I'm so glad you are still on here. You've always been my inspiration.

I am making beef Fajitas with black beans.
They sell some premade beef Fajitas in the meat dept at walmart and it is YUMMM!
I use the mission low carb tortillas (the smallest ones they make) open a can of black beans and add cheddar jack cheese & grill up some onion.

I am getting the Cantonese Shrimp from PF Changs take out. I don't eat the rice that comes with it. Instead I take about 1/3 of the shrimp and put it on lettuce, cucumbers, carrotts, little shredded cheese and some light hidden valley ranch. It makes the best salad in the world and full of protein. Plus the entire dish only has 300+ calories so 1/3 of it isn't bad.
I love that I can make 2 or 3 meals out of one dish!!
