It has been 2 years ago today that I decided to change my life. I had gastric bypass and have lost 183 lbs. I had a goal to have lost 200 lbs by my 2 year anniversary but I did have a set back when i got pregnant. I gained 34 lbs but have since lost that plus 7 lbs. I am very proud of myself and want to thank God & Dr Nelson for saving my life. Also I want to thank my family and friends that have been right by my side and supported me every step of the way:). Love you all!!!!

I finally graduated and boy am I paying for sitting in class and working full-time for the last 2 years. Those of you *****member who I am will find me very embarassed at myself

HOW EXCITING FOR YOU!! IM SO GLAD THAT SHE HAS ENCOURAGED YOU AS MUCH AS SHE HAS ENCOURAGED ME! SHE IS SUCH AN INSPIRATION TO ME AND IM SURE COUNTLESS OTHERS!! I FEEL BLESSED TO HAVE MADE HER AQUAINTANCE THRU THIS BOARD AND WOULD LOVE TO ACTUALLY MEET HER SOMEDAY!! YOURE A VERY LUCKY MAN!! Losing weight with or without the surgery is a focused struggle. You have the best of both worlds, you have seen it's sucess and you also have the best support partner at home to bounce your concerns. Good luck on your appointments. Easy breezy.

Ms. Mary!! Glad to see you! I just want to support what Leah said about the calcium crystals. They are awesome. I put them in my protein drink everyday. I drink the nectar ones so they are more like a drink than a shake. But you can put them in crystal light or water and its really good. Good luck. I'm glad to see you finally got your surgery girl!
