I highly recommend Dr. B as well.   I also had a gastric sleeve, and have had absolutely no complications.  I appreciate his no holds barred style.   If you want success go with Dr. B....if you want someone who shoots you straight and tells you what you need to do to...he's your guy.

I love him as my Dr. and his program is great!!!!  Whatever Dr. you end up choosing....do what the Dr. says and don't try to re-invent the wheel.   Listen and do!!!!!!!.

Just focus on the fact that you are dealing with some frustration now, so that you will have the rewards of healthy, happy body soon :)

Start working on your mindset, you will want to be positive and focused to be the huge success at WLS that you want to be.

It's all worth it !!!!!!

Hang in there girl!  It sounds like frustration is taking it's toll on your mindset.  Set down and make a list of all the positive things that have happened to you since your weight loss surgery and pick one every day to focus on for that day. Do one a day until you get your mind focused back on the "good" things that are happening in your life.

I also have lower than normal BP, most of the time, and I know the feeling of coldness and tiredness that go along with it.  Has the Dr. checked your Vitamin D level and done routine labs ( I assume so since you were in the hospital).

Go back to the basics of three meals a day, drink all your water, no water for 30 minutes after a meal, and walk, walk, walk.   Those pesky few pounds will be back under YOUR control in no time.

You've done a great job!!!!   Keep pushing sister!!!! God will help you find a way or make you a way to accomplish what you want to accomplish!!!!

Hey everyone! Thank you so much for being so helpful!! I had no idea that meetings were so close. That is such a relief.
I am interested in workout buddies, or e-pen pals. I love to cook, so I am ever tweaking things to fit the stage I am at.
Can't wait to meet you all.

You are right! It has been kinda quiet around here.....wonder what we need to do to get everyone posting again?
I know it's a busy time of the year with school starting and all...so maybe that is why some of us havent posted in a while!
