I need information please!

I'm seriously considering RNY and I don't think my insurance will cover. I'm torn between having it here in Oklahoma or going to Arkansas where it's less expensive. In Tulsa the cost is around 25,000 as opossed to Arkansas where it's 15,000. Also the doc in Tulsa has requirements for preop assessments ie, cardiac, pulmonary, etc tests that also cost (have no idea how much). Has anyone paid for the tests out of pocket and if so, how much was the added expense? Thanks.
