Ashley, Who is your surgeon? I'm seeing Dr. Fisher at Surgical Assoc. in Tulsa. I was told from my nurse that the Dr. had to order the heart test. I went to St. Francis Hospital in Broken Arrow in Feb. only because the one in Tulsa couldn't get me in until mid March. I got my approval Tues. from the insurance. I've left 2 messages for someone to call me to get lab test done and a date sceduled, but haven't heard anything yet. I've heard this from other patients there. At the hopsital was for the heart workup, EKG and electrocariogram. The Dr. prefered the pulmonary and I just called and made an appt. myself. Lungs were ok, but because I have insomnia he had me to do a sleep study and found out that I have sleep apnea and now have a CPAP machine which I love. Sleep a lot better now. Just keep bugging them and if they gave you a book at orientation meeting check it over again. Good Luck, Cathy

Hi Ashley, I was just wondering who your surgeon is? Mine was Dr. Philip Floyd here in Edmond. His office handled all of the arrangements for me. The pulmonologist came to his office for my appointment and the EKG was all arranged at Edmond Hospital. Hope this helps. Deborah

Ashley, I just saw your message. My surgeon is Dr. Ronnie Keith in Norman and he is fantastic. I had an EKG at his office and at the hospital. I was sent to a Pulmonologist that he uses in Norman. Let me know if I can help. Tammy
