Small Group Insurance Help?

Hello. I work for a small company in Oklahoma, approximately 35 employees. We currently have group health coverage through Blue Cross/ Blue Shield of Oklahoma. Unfortunately our plan has a written exclusion for weight loss surgery. Our plan is up for renewal in December however and our insurance agent is shopping around for different plans. Here's my question. Does anybody know of an Insurance company that insures small groups in Oklahoma that doesn't have a written exclusion for weight loss surgery. I thought a while back, there was somebody on this board who worked in the insurance industry that may be able to help. I would really like to avoid paying for this surgery out of my own pocket. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
