I need input and a update on myself
Hello Everyone,
I know it has been sometime since I have left a post ...right now I am 10 wks out and I have only lost 45/50 lbs ..I have no trouble of eating anything but greasy foods ..so I don't eat much of them ..also I do not eat much sugar ...I have found it hard to drink protein drinks so I try and replace them with high protein foods ..i am having a hard time eating 6 small meals a day most of the time I only get about 4 a day ..when I eat sometimes I feel full for the rest of the day ....I am still having a hard time getting my water intake ...sometimes when I drink water it makes my tummy hurt really bad ...I think I drink more tea with lemon ...I have a question ....with my weight loss am I on the right track ...with only losing 45/50 lbs and also my weight goes up and down but I am not gain anymore ...should I do some more ...I know I need to cut out the bread ( I do not eat much of it ) ...right now I have slowed down ....and I know I do not eat to much ..so what can I do to make it start back up ...I am getting blue since I do not see me dropping off the pounds like I did in the 1st few weeks also I think one of my problems I feel like the lbs should just fall off with me not getting much to eat these days ....i would love some input on this matter ...also when I the next Sat. meeting ?

Just remember Tracy, the more breads, pasta, and fried foods you eat, the less you will loose. It sounds crazy, but the better your water intake, the faster you'll loose. Just keeps everything running smoother. I too have trouble taking in water, so I add some lemon to mine, I also drink 1 cup of NSA Swiss miss cocoa (my indulgence for the day).
I just started experimenting with my protein powder. I have unflavored powder, I put one scoop in with 4-6 oz FF skim milk, 1/2 banana chopped up real well, and 2 teaspoons of sugar free chocolate syrup, blend it all up and drink. I know the protein is in there, can't taste it, but kinda leaves a slight chalky aftertaste, so I just fini**** with a bottle of crystal light. I lost 25lbs by my 2 week check up and can't wait to see what the 6 week says.
The water that makes your tummy hurt, is it cold water?? If so, try drinking it at room temp---cold water can make our pouches spasm and hurt.
Remember, walk, walk, walk. Just a small amt of exercise can stir up your body and make you loose faster.
