ANYONE FROM ALTUS OKLAHOMA?

Hi my name is carmen and i am new to this site. I am having the open rny done in august. Does anyone have any advice for me? I am 29 years old and a mother of 5 kids and i am 220 pounds 5ft even with a bmi of 43.3.

Hi Carmen My name is Taffy and I live in Altus. I had my surgery on June 24, 05. I am doing pretty good other than some nausea the last few days, but I have been told that it is normal. One thing that I have found is to Journal,either on here or privately. You will be amazed at the changes you go through in just a matter of weeks. Take all of your before measurments, and weight and keep track. I am doing it monthly.
