Exercise funk
ugggghh I am in such a funk! I cant seem to get myself motivated to do any form of exercise. I let myself have a few days off, before I realized I was in this funk, just to let my body rest. After al, the body is suppose to work with you... NOw, everytime I go by the gym, the track or even the pool.. every fiber of my being screams " NOOOOOOOOOOO".
I think part of my problem is not having anyone to be my back up motivator. My support network is all out of state. I did join a yahoo group for wls that targeted this area, but its been very slow with little responces back. Its partly my fault there as well. I gave up posting after awhile.
Anyone care to give me a kick in the rump and get me back into the groove? I am serious.. I cannot seem to get there on my own
1. Remember, it takes time to build a new habit. In my case i have to do something everyday for a while, regardless of what it is before it becomes a habit [same goes for breaking bad ones]
