did your insurance pay for your tummy tuck

I am looking for some information. I have Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas. I live in Oklahoma. I am looking for a Plastic surgeon in Oklahoma who will help me get approved for a tummy tuck. I need this bad. I am 4 1/2 years post op and have all the skin to prove it. The problem is I went to one plastic surgeon who basically did not help me one bit with my insurance back then(united). Now with a new insurance I want to try again. Any information would be most appreciated. I am very discouraged after going through all the humiliation of taking the pictures for the first insurance and dealing with a very unsensitive doctor I want to make sure the surgeon will at least give me a glimmer of hope. thank you!
