Help me stop
The only thing I can suggest is to increase your fat content and carbs. I know that's probably what's keeping me from hitting my weight loss goal. I make poor food choices. Anyways, back to you. May be you could increase the amount of calories you're taking in. I know my surgeon doesn't like us to drink with our meals, may be you could try that. Sorry I can't be of anymore help. I'm struggling to lose the weight still. Good luck to you.

Hi Ramona - I had to work at eating more to maintain for a while (no longer the case LOL!). I know another that had trouble keeping weight up - we reverted to eating every hour to healtily increase our calorie intake throughout the day. For me, drinking while I ate helped "push the food through" and I could eat more - but that doesn't appear to work for everyone. Have you talked to your doctor about supplementing to increase calories until your body levels out more? You've done a phenomenal job, good luck!
