Someone Please help!!

I am wondering if anyone knows of a MEAL REPLACEMENT that is fruit based, not milk based. I am having serious problems drinking that nasty frothy milky stuff 3 or 4 times a day!! I have asked the dietician & she said that all of them are milk based. I am open for all suggestions!!

I hate milk. The texture, the smell, all of it. I hated it before surgery and am now lactose intolereant anyway. Well, I have found 3 choices for a replacement w/o that texture, etc. 1. Nectar Proteins. These can be bought, etc on line. They are in flavors such as Fuzzy navel (my favorite), roadside lemonade & a tropical flavor. These are not so milky & are quite fruity. 2. Wal-mart carries an EAS product that is more like juice. Can't remember the exact name, but they are with the diet stuff & in silver cans. Many people in our support group really like them. 3. Make you r own. Using Crustal ligth, Bene protein (or any other flavorless powder, I have heard Unjury is good, too.) and any other ingredientsssss....Of course watch the fruit if you add to it, because of the natural sugar....Add SF yogurt for Creaminess w/frothy texture, etc...There are lots of recipes both on this website & the web Hope this helps...
