I am 3.5 weeks post op. I am feeling okay (although my weight loss has stalled), but I can still tell a difference in the way my body looks and the way clothes fit. Anyway, when will I be able to eat salad again? I could LIVE on salad. YUM!

Hi Leslie. I would probably wait until at least 6 weeks out. You will probably get all kinds of different answers though. If you are handling food well, who knows maybe sooner. You will never know till you try. I know I went through a period where salad was all I wanted to eat. Ask you doctor to be sure. Leanne

Well, you know, I just thought of it. . but I've been eating raw cauliflower since the second week. I've had zero problems with it. In fact, it's been my favorite snack b/c it's so easy on my stomach.
