Help-Just Getting Started

Hello. I am just getting started on the wls process. I went throught the process in 2000 and was turned down. I am still obese and needing surgery. I have PPO Oklahoma insurance. Of course, the surgery is not covered. I have had a couple of additional health problems since the last time I was turned down. Last fall I had knee surgery to clean out my knee. I was diagnosed earlier this year with sleep apnea. Any suggestions? Thanks!!
