Hello all I was wondering if any of you have heard of spray vitamins or have used them. I saw them on 6 in the morning a few weeks ago. They sale them at wal-mart, just a few, but then there is a web site for them too www.vitamist.com Let me know Sarah

I got a free sample at the convention on the 28th. They're ok. They taste "vitaminy", but they're tolerable. 8 sprays a day and that's supposed to give everything we need. Now, the B-12 spray tasted pretty good... Liz

I got a free sample at the Reunion on the 11th and have been doing a lot of research on them since then. The main advantage I can see is they are rapidly absorbed through the buccal mucosa. This counteracts the mal-absorption effects that we have due to the surgery. The only real down side to the spray vitamins that I have found so far is it needs to be taken 4 times a day. The spray canister is small and is easy to carry with you, so this should only be a minor inconveniece. I am planning on trying it, so if I learn any more about it I will let you know.

I tried them, tasted nasty to me. BUT be ware the 'sprays' available at the store have LESS vitamins in them than the 'spray' you can buy over the internet.
